House Rules

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: after 3:00 PM (please contact us in advance for early check-in)
• Check-out: before 11:00 AM (no later than 12:00 PM, no late check-out service)
• Please present a valid ID upon check-in for registration
• Remaining balance must be paid at check-in by cash or on-site bank transfer

Booking & Deposit

• A 30% deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking confirmation; unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled
• A NT$5,000 security deposit is required at check-in, fully refundable upon check-out after confirming no damage or excessive mess
• Our B&B operates as a whole-building rental; rooms are allocated based on the number of guests booked
• Additional guests must be arranged in advance; last-minute additions are not accepted

Guest Conduct

• Please keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• No shouting, running, jumping, or other behavior that may disturb other guests
• The B&B is a shared space — please speak softly and walk quietly
• Parents are responsible for their children's safety and behavior
• Strictly prohibited: excessive drinking/rowdiness, loud parties, illegal drugs, gambling, dangerous or prohibited items. Violators will be reported to authorities with no refund
• To ensure safety and quality of stay, outside visitors and tours are not permitted

Room & Facilities

• No elevator is available; luggage carrying service is not provided
• Please take care of all equipment and amenities; damaged or lost items must be compensated at cost
• A cleaning fee starting from NT$1,000 will be charged for severe stains from food/drinks on beds or couches
• No housekeeping during extended stays (all amenities are provided once at check-in)
• Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and lock the door when leaving
• Please safeguard your own valuables; we are not responsible for any loss

Amenities & Eco Policy

• Provided: shampoo, body wash, bath towels, hand towels
• Baiquan House also provides: bottled water, mini fridge, electric kettle, Ruby #18 tea bags
• Not provided (eco-friendly policy): toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shower cap, cotton swabs, dental floss, shaving supplies — please bring your own

Smoking & Pet Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors
• Please smoke outdoors or in the designated smoking area
• Pets are not allowed

Common Areas

• Common areas: MaMa B&B 1F, Baiquan House 3F
• Open hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Please sort your waste and return items to their place after use

Safety Reminders

• Please keep children away from windows to prevent climbing or opening
• A NT$200 replacement fee applies for lost or damaged room keys/key cards

Parking

• Free outdoor parking is available
• Parking is at your own risk; we are not responsible for vehicle security
